Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on! They promised to refund me the cost for diagnostic since they don't have an authorized service person in my area.

They did not pay me. I paid for that as well as the needed repairs and parts.

Grat help. Took the time to help me trouble shoot my pool heater issue and where to find the part ( on the heater ). Also gave me the part number for the replacement part. This is the 2nd time I have used their tech support and both times theyhave been very helpful.
